In these Terms, the following definitions apply unless context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the betjed website at betjed.org and all associated services, game interfaces, betting markets, account management tools, and support channels made available by betjed.
• "Player Account" means the personal account registered by a player on the Platform, used to access games, place bets, deposit and withdraw funds, and manage promotional entitlements.
• "Applicable Laws" means all laws, regulations, and guidelines applicable to online gambling and digital financial transactions in the jurisdiction in which you access the Platform.
• "Funds" means any real-money balance held in a Player Account, including deposits, winnings, and bonus amounts where applicable.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits awarded by betjed subject to wagering requirements and specific bonus terms, which are separate from real-money balances until wagering conditions are met.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered before it can be withdrawn as real money.

References to "betjed", "we", "us", or "our" refer to the betjed platform operator. References to "you" or "your" refer to the registered Player or visitor accessing the Platform.

2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 21 years of age to register a Player Account or access any betjed service. By registering, you confirm that you are 21 years of age or older. betjed reserves the right to request identity and age verification documents at any stage. Players found to be under 21 years of age will have their accounts immediately closed and any funds held will be returned to the payment source used for deposit, after deduction of any applicable processing fees.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility. The betjed Platform is operated for players in Bangladesh. You are solely responsible for determining whether accessing and using the Platform is lawful in your location. betjed does not represent that the Platform is lawful, appropriate, or available for use in any jurisdiction outside its intended operating territory. Accessing the Platform from a restricted jurisdiction is a breach of these Terms.

2.3 Single Account Policy. Each individual player may register and maintain only one Player Account on the betjed Platform. Opening duplicate accounts, whether under the same name, identity documents, payment method, or device, is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, betjed reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void any pending bets, and confiscate any Bonus Funds or winnings derived from bonus play across the duplicate accounts.

2.4 Registration Information. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when registering your Player Account, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details. You must promptly update your account information if any details change. betjed may require you to verify your identity and residential address before processing withdrawals or increasing deposit limits.

3.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Player Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party under any circumstances.

3.2 You agree to notify betjed customer support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your Player Account. betjed will not be liable for any losses or damages arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to take reasonable steps to secure your credentials.

3.3 betjed will never contact you by email, live chat, or any other channel to request your password. Any communication purporting to be from betjed that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to [email protected] immediately.

3.4 You acknowledge that betjed operates on a "player of record" basis — all bets, transactions, and activities conducted through your Player Account are considered to have been authorised by you unless you have notified betjed of a security breach in advance.

4.1 Supported Payment Methods. betjed accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. Supported payment methods may be updated from time to time and the current list is displayed on the betjed Platform at the time of transaction.

4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount on the betjed Platform is ৳500. Minimum and maximum deposit limits may vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of deposit.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests to bKash and Nagad are processed within five minutes for fully verified accounts. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within the same business day where possible. betjed reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks prior to processing any withdrawal, which may extend processing times.

4.4 Withdrawal Eligibility. Players must complete identity verification before their first withdrawal request will be processed. Funds deposited via a specific payment method may only be withdrawn to the same method unless betjed expressly permits an alternative. betjed reserves the right to request documentation confirming ownership of the payment method used for deposit.

4.5 Currency. All transactions on the betjed Platform are conducted in Bangladesh Taka (BDT / ৳). betjed does not accept deposits in cryptocurrencies or any other digital asset.

4.6 Third-Party Payments. Deposits from third-party payment sources — accounts not registered in your own name — are strictly prohibited. betjed will return any such deposits and reserves the right to void any bets placed using third-party funds.

5.1 betjed may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins, cashback awards, reload promotions, and seasonal offers to registered players. The specific terms governing each promotion — including eligibility criteria, wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, game restrictions, maximum withdrawal limits on bonus winnings, and expiry dates — are published alongside the relevant promotion on the betjed Platform and form part of these Terms.

5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless stated otherwise, Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement that must be fulfilled before any winnings derived from bonus play can be converted to withdrawable real-money funds. Wagering requirements, multipliers, and eligible games are specified in the individual promotion terms.

5.3 Bonus Abuse. betjed operates a zero-tolerance policy toward bonus abuse. This includes but is not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, coordinating with other players to guarantee profit from bonus funds, exploiting technical errors or misconfigured promotions, and placing low-risk or arbitrage bets solely to fulfil wagering requirements. Where bonus abuse is identified, betjed reserves the right to void all bonuses and associated winnings, close the Player Account, and withhold any real-money balance pending investigation.

5.4 betjed reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes to ongoing promotions will be communicated via the Platform.

6.1 All bets placed on the betjed sportsbook are subject to the specific betting rules applicable to each sport, market, and event type. These rules govern how markets are settled, how in-play events are handled, and what constitutes a void or cancelled bet. Betting rules are published on the Platform and may be updated from time to time.

6.2 All casino game results on the betjed Platform are determined by independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems operated by betjed's game provider partners. betjed does not manipulate game outcomes. Historical game results do not influence future outcomes.

6.3 betjed reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, including bets offered at manifestly incorrect odds due to technical fault or human error, bets placed on events where the outcome was already known at the time of placement, and bets that would not have been accepted under normal operating conditions.

6.4 betjed's decision on the settlement of all bets and the application of betting rules is final. Where a player disputes a bet settlement, betjed will review the transaction and communicate a decision within five business days. The outcome of betjed's review is binding.

7.1 betjed is committed to providing a safe gambling environment. The Platform offers the following responsible gaming tools to all registered players: deposit limits (daily, weekly, monthly), loss limits, session time reminders, time-out periods (24 hours to 30 days), and permanent self-exclusion.

7.2 Players who wish to activate any responsible gaming tool may do so through their account settings or by contacting betjed customer support at [email protected]. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours of receipt.

7.3 betjed will not market promotional offers to players who have activated a self-exclusion or time-out period. Marketing communications to such players will be suspended for the duration of the restriction.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the betjed Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and may be referred to relevant authorities:

• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Registering more than one Player Account on the Platform.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading registration information.
• Using another person's identity or payment method to register or transact.
• Attempting to manipulate, exploit, or circumvent any game, betting market, or promotional offer.
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the Platform.
• Engaging in money laundering, structuring, or any other financial crime through the Platform.
• Colluding with other players in casino games or sportsbook betting.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing betjed staff or other players.

9.1 betjed reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Player Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that these Terms have been breached, that fraudulent or criminal activity has occurred, or that continued operation of the account presents a regulatory, financial, or reputational risk to betjed.

9.2 Upon termination of a Player Account, betjed will, subject to any ongoing investigation, return the real-money balance held in the account (excluding Bonus Funds) to the player via the payment method used for the most recent deposit. betjed is not obligated to return funds where the account was terminated due to fraud, prohibited activity, or material breach of these Terms.

9.3 You may close your Player Account at any time by contacting betjed customer support. Account closure requests are processed within two business days. Any pending bets at the time of closure will be settled according to standard rules and the resulting balance processed as normal.

9.4 Following account closure, betjed will retain your account data for the period required by applicable data retention obligations, as described in the betjed Privacy Policy.

All content on the betjed Platform — including but not limited to the betjed brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, written content, graphics, and software — is the proprietary property of betjed or its licensed partners and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, display, or commercially exploit any betjed content without express prior written permission from betjed.

11.1 To the maximum extent permitted by law, betjed shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of profits, whether based on contract, tort, or any other legal theory.

11.2 betjed's total aggregate liability to you in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to your Player Account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11.3 betjed does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. betjed will take reasonable steps to maintain Platform availability but shall not be liable for any downtime, maintenance periods, or technical disruptions beyond its reasonable control.

11.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude betjed's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

betjed collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering a Player Account, you acknowledge that you have read and understood betjed's Privacy Policy and consent to the processing of your personal data as described therein. betjed uses industry-standard 256-bit SSL encryption to protect data transmitted between your device and the Platform. betjed reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified to players via a notice on the Platform or by email to the address registered on your Player Account. Continued use of the Platform following notification of changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any amendment, you must close your Player Account before the revised Terms take effect. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page.

14.1 These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which betjed is incorporated.

14.2 In the event of a dispute regarding any aspect of betjed's services, you should first contact betjed customer support at [email protected] with full details of your complaint. betjed will acknowledge your complaint within two business days and provide a substantive response within ten business days.

14.3 betjed's decision in relation to disputed bet settlements and account-related matters is final and binding, subject to any escalation rights that may be available under applicable law.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect. These Terms, together with the betjed Privacy Policy and any applicable promotion-specific terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and betjed with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.
